NSO Group says Facebook to unblock its employees' accountsFb advised an Israeli courtroom it will open Fb and Instagram accounts of NSO Group employees within the wake of a lawsuit towards NSO, the Israeli surveillance agency NSO mentioned on Tuesday.

A bunch of NSO workers filed a swimsuit towards Fb in November, saying the social media group had unfairly blocked their non-public accounts when it sued NSO in October.

In February, a Tel Aviv courtroom ordered Fb to unblock the non-public account of a employee at NSO.

Fb-owned messaging service WhatsApp has accused NSO of serving to authorities spies break into the telephones of about 1,400 customers in a hacking spree focusing on diplomats, political dissidents, journalists and senior authorities officers internationally. NSO has denied the allegations.

Fb mentioned in November it had disabled “related accounts” after attributing a “refined cyber assault” to the NSO Group and its workers, saying the measure was vital for safety causes.
