Dogra, together with Kapoor and Deepak Talwar, have been trustees of Dawn Belief since its inception (November 9, 2015), whereas Kapoor has been a director in Gulshan Promoters from 2001 to 2018, ED instructed the courtroom.

Deepak Talwar left Dawn Belief in 2017-18.
